Why We Exist
At Centre for Fathering (CFF), we believe that strong families are the foundation of a resilient society.
Since 2015, Centre for Fathering stewards the national DADs for Life and MUMs for Life movements, supporting fathers, mothers and families across Singapore at different life stages to grow in confidence, build healthy relationships, and journey well together.
Volunteers play an important role in this work — contributing time, skills and care in ways that strengthen families and communities.
An invitation to volunteer
Volunteering with CFF is not about having all the answers.
It is about being present, learning together, and offering support where it is needed.
Our volunteers come from different backgrounds and seasons of life.
What they share is a belief that families matter, and that consistent, thoughtful contributions can make a meaningful difference over time.

Ways to Contribute

I help make things happen.
Support the smooth running of events through setup, logistics, registration and on-site coordination for families and programmes.
Peer Support
I grow people and communities.
Facilitate small group conversations for dads and mums, creating safe spaces for sharing, learning and mutual support.
Workshop Trainer
I can run workshops.
Conduct structured workshops such as ICAN, engaging parents through guided discussions and activities using CFF resources.
Fundraising Support
I help sustain the work.
Support fundraising efforts through planning, coordination, outreach and donor engagement to sustain CFF’s programmes.
