In light of the latest developments with the COVID-19 situation in Singapore, and the Ministry of Health’s advice to defer non-essential, large-scale gatherings, the Centre for Fathering (“CFF”) has decided to reschedule our 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner to Friday, 17 July 2020.
As the situation has not stabilised, we feel that a postponement is the socially responsible thing to do, in the best interest of all of you, our valued guests.
We are pleased to inform you that our Guest-of-Honour, President Halimah Yacob, and our Patron, Speaker of Parliament Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, have agreed to our postponement and will still grace our dinner on Friday 17 July 2020 instead. Please mark your calendar.
Head Chef Aitor Jeronimo Orive of Michelin-starred Basque Kitchen by Aitor, will still be collaborating with The Fullerton Hotel to bring us on a journey of reinvented Basque cuisine elevated with a definitive twist; as well as the T’ang Quartet who will accompany your dining experience with mellifluous tunes.
We will be presenting the inaugural Great Companies for DADs Awards in recognition of corporation’s efforts to make their companies a great place for dads and their families.
We hope that you are able to join us on 17 July 2020. My colleagues will be following up with you individually to confirm your attendance and dietary restrictions. Should you require further clarification, please feel free to contact my colleague Hema Krishnan at email@example.com. We thank you and are very grateful for your sterling support for us in CFF.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Our Board, our organizing committee and all our staff look forward to hosting you on 17 July 2020, and may you and your loved ones stay well and healthy.
